Was told the equipment could be delivered tonight got call at 6pm from apria. You can have the equipment within few hours. 1st call back for ETA they told they had emergency tank delivery. Than 2nd call rep stated systems are down and that the driver was already at my location. I been sitting up all evening I told the rep nobody came to my door or left a notice outside. it's been a terrible situation since I got my CPAP machine from Apria. they refused to send the documentation that is required by my insurance company. My insurance company won't pay the bill as per their agreement with Apria. Apria keeps billing me every month for the full amount and I have a hundred and eighty days from the date it's first submitted to my insurance company. Worst company to deal with. can't get in touch with the . You leave messages no one calls back. Disgusting how you treating my elderly father and how your company not delivering oxygen tanks after this storm we had. Telling my mother she can drive to Plainview to pick extra tank up. How your in business is beyond me. This isn't the first problem we ever had or I have heard of with this company!
These guys are absolutely the worse total incompetence avoid at all cost because they are rip offs who could care less about you or any issue you maybe having as a result of their incompetence. Wrong billing cancelled pickup of equipment numerous phone calls all result in frustration and waste of time but no solutions. It’s amazing a company can manifest this type of incompetence...

This is the worst company. My sister has been waiting months for her CPAP machine. She will be dead by the time she gets it. They keep giving her a run around. Every week it is a new issue or new paperwork. What a bunch of incompetent people.
Terrible Customer Service... Having a problem with a Therapist. I called to speak to the local office, I was told I can not. The Plainview Branch Manager does not accept calls, I can tell the CS rep my problem and he will note my complaint but that's as far as it goes. Wish I had other options. The CS line is not based in the US, huge language barrier. I believe they are falsely billing my insurance company. I have filed a complaint.
This is the biggest pice of crap company I have dealt with. Hours on the phone waiting for morons to come back and "PleaseHold" F you Apria! Piece of shit!
