The worst. Horrible. Rotten. I just can not say enough bad things here. Zero. Called customer service. I must have called India. A small piece broke on a bi pap machine for my father. The piece that oxegen gets hooked up to. I was told by representative that the shop was closed. It was Sunday morning. The piece showed up Tuesday night. I will give Apria a big fat 0 ! Last year Iordered supplies in Oct 2015. They sent the supplies & I paid 20% of order. A month later I saw charges from Apria on my credit card. When I called them they told me my insurance didn't send them payment. I called my insurance & was told that Apria sent claim to wrong dept. Apria sent claim in again & they received their payment in January 2016. It took Apria a month to send me my refund! This company should have their license pulled, and should not be allowed to sell or rent equipment in any state in the US. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with to date in my lifetime of 50 years. I'll be swiching as soon as possible. They don't even rate the one star. I have to give them a ZERO Rating, My Mom uses there equipment and has been trying to get customer service to update billing address right so she can pay bill, You would think they would send bill to same address where equipment was delivered but not so. Took 3 days to get a human on phone to get billing right, and try to get a replacement portable Oxygen tank delivered Thursday, 1 day later they call trying to deliver it to the hospital?????
