Yes they don't care waiting 9 month to get a new machine I make an appointment to pickup a machine and when I got there Iwas there in the curve pickup spot they never answer the phone I decide to inside and they can not find my after 15 minutes waiting finally found my name and after they told me that machine was placed the order and come from Kansas City they did not have equipment there and al they said was I'm sorry. it is horrible customer service I to have another company to change.
