We have had nothing but trouble with the new Apria cpap machine and mask. I have had to continually call and go out of our way to figure out how to make it work. We have had two masks and now a piece fell off. No one has the replacement parts. This is ridiculous! My dad has sleep apnea and and other medical issues. I don’t recommend Apria for cpap equipment. Trying to get a receipt for my cpap supplies; my medical account requires it. They will not cooperate with me at all!!!! Its just a damn receipt!!
They have my cpap business. they send me things I don't order and bill my insurance. now i need different facemask and they refuse to help without money upfront..
