My prescription was sent to this company without my permission and it has been nothing but a nightmare of incompetence for over a month. We received excellent customer service, both at our home for oxygen device installation and instructions for usage. Went to main office for portable concretation unit. Entire staff was very profrsssional and took good care of us. ... building and facility could use some TLC and upgrading.... But we were please with treatment that was extended to us. Great Staff – Sleep doctor ordered me a BiPap, if you have sleep apnea you know what it is, if you don't then the better for you. Anyway, I have CIGNA and went to Apria, appt was right on time no waiting and the staff was very friendly and courteous. My insurance was accepted there (they said exclusive supplier). I am please with the equipment, a good brand but what I like the most is that they are big enough to handle all my travel needs. If I am away they can take care of me.
