DO NOT USE APRIA!! I have had billing issues (they wouldn't send my doctor's order when billing my health insurance) so I had to pay for the equipment. I was so upset with the lack of response every time I called. I ended up returning my equipment a week ago and kept getting phone calls. I called back and they had no record of me returning it. Apria didn't send the doctor's order when they billed my health insurance company BCBS. Apria said it was denied. I called BCBS, they told me it was denied because it wasn't submitted by Apria properly(missing the Dr. Order) i called Apria a total of 5 times, got the run around and nobody could even give me the Dr. order. I'm returning my equipment today. They are extremely incompetent and don't care. Never in my 50+ years have I been mistreated and disregarded by a company like Apria, terrible experience from day one.

The delivery person was very competent and helpful. He explained the equipment and how to work it. Asked if there was anything else he could do for me. Answered all my questions.
