The delivery person was very competent and helpful. He explained the equipment and how to work it. Asked if there was anything else he could do for me. Answered all my questions.
Predatory company whose billing department has lied and been deceitful on multiple occasions. When I told my insurance company some of these events, they filed a grievance against Apria for being dishonest in their communications with me. Avoid at all costs.
I’ve struggled with Apria’s billing communication - I’m always having to call an 800 number. I’ve had the same insurance for many months and they continue to tell me that my account is being reviewed and to disregard any statements at this time but I still receive bills with a due date. They had mentioned that my insurance hasn’t ever been billed but my statements show it has been. Very unorganized.
They have been really helpful to provide the right mask size for my son when I called. The only thing is I don't like that I have to sign for the package to get dropped off. And I am not home during the day for it to get signed for because I am at work all day long.
I’ve called numerous times to get the correct amount owed adjusted on the SSRA, keep being told I’ll get a call back but that never happens.
