They are closed for good really sad bowling Green and Elizabeth Town apria
Unbelievable incompetence. Dangerously so. After 4 calls, over an hour on the phone, transfered multiple times. I give up. They "lost" my prescription twice. Even though I have a confirming fax it was received. They are saying they can't provide the equipment on my prescription through insurance?
