Apria Healthcare absolutely sucks. Been trying to get equipment for a month. They won't return your calls and they are rude when they due. They just give lip service, they tell you what they think you want to hear!!
Seriously i have problems every time i have to order - this time i order a chin strap and little white filter for Cpap machine and they ship those items that weigh about 5 oz in a box that a toaster oven would fit it and i am sure over charged on shipping big time. Just crazy i hate this company but have no choice
Last Saturday I ordered sleep apnea supplies from Apria Healthcare. At that time I advise them according to United Healthcare I have met my deductible and out-of-pocket and all areas and would not have to pay any co-pay on my supplies. Today I called and asked where my supplies were and it Apria person told me oh they were cancelled because your debit card didn't go through. costomer service is lacking here i just blew a gasket reps are rude and incompent over 14 and some change for copay which i told them we would pay for when my husband picks up w/c yes thats right we have to pick it up i hope they get sick one day and have to deal with an idiot
