Poor customer service when I started ordering clap supplies I made it clear that I would call when I needed them for two orders that worked then without my approval an order was sent out and money was taken out of my bank using my debit card number I did not give them the right to do that and it shorted my acct I am still waiting for them to put the money back I refused the delivery and they told me they received the supplies back last week that was a fraudulent transaction I’ll never order from them again
Worst company ever. Avoid them all together. They overcharge you and insurance and send you to collections even when told bill was paid in full.
This company is a scam. After talking to them all week about getting my Mom assessed for an oxygen concentrator - they committed to us and to the nursing home social worker to a visit Friday. Then they lost all record of it and tried to tell us the unit wasn't covered under Mom's insurance - that turned out not to be true - Apria just didn't have it in stock at the moment. Worst company I have ever worked with. Can never talk to a person every thing is all automated and if you do ever get a person they don't speak clear English. I have been trying to contact them since August. I finally just asked them to come get my equipment.i was trying to contact them while I was in the hospital with a broken ankle. Run.....this company customer service is terrible Not American you can’t get help... run to another supplier
Tried to contact them about stopping automatic delivery of CPap supplies and could not understand anyone. Connection so poor they hung up on me five times. Finally was able to get someone that I hope fixed the problem and was told they would contact me about returning unused supplies. Wait and see wait happens. Very poor customer service and very frustrating to deal with.
Worst company to deal with ever!!! Been trying to get a POC for my mom for three weeks. Doctor sent prescription in, two weeks later they said it is not valid. Did not even bother to call me to let me know there is an issue. When you call you get a different person each time and left on hold forever. Stay away from this company. Going to change companies as soon as I can get my mom back to Florida after her rehabilitation in Michigan.
worst company to work with. and their messing up takes time away from my dr office with the mistakes with my paperwork.
