My second portable oxygen concentrator broke and was retUrned to the company in December 2015. Every month after that they continued billing my insurance company and sending me the statement. I called continuously from that month to March 2020 asking them to fix my account and stop billing me for equipment I didn’t have. Does not even deserve a one star! Very very POOR service! No quick response for someone who's life line is oxygen. No call back, VERY RUDE OFFICE STAFF! Could not get billing straight for months, and when my insurance approved and my doctor for portable oxygen they refused me stating they contract with Kaiser only!!! Finding another supplier and glad to stop this service!

Matt Brady came to McLeod's in Florence, SC and my husband charged $150.00 to his credit card so that I would have oxygen for the road trip back to Florida where I live. I came home on 01/13/2019. Matt said we could turn the 5 oxygen tanks in to Apria in Lakeland Florida. I've contacted Apria in Lakeland Florida and one in Orlando Florida. Both say that the have no account or paperwork for the tanks and will not pick them up. I can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of Patty, the respiratory therapist that I worked with at Apria. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment and spent a tremendous amount of time making sure that I understood its function and how to use it properly. She also answered every question I had (and there were a lot!) with patience and care. She told me several times to feel free to call her if I had any problems or concerns at all. She even called me back 2 days later to check to see how I was doing an... read more
