**Edited review** I previously posted a very negative 1-star review about my experience with Apria following a sleep study I had. I have removed that review and am replacing it with this shorter, more dispassionate summary of my experience. Horrible phone service. I called the Everett number and talked to someone in the Philippines. I just needed my CPAP reading for a DOT CDL You have to call the Philippines to get a appointment in an office 2 miles from my house. Forget it I will just walk in even though they want you to have an appointment to much of a hassle. This doesn't even deserve 1 star happens every time I try to call that office
Two different visits. Both times the service has been outstanding. Coming from out of state thought that there would be problems. Not so. Thank you Andrea and Kerry.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been trying to get a CPAP for my son for a couple of weeks and each time I call I get a call center likely in India and they can't answer any of my questions or give me any answers that are not on their script. I asked to be transferred to the location in Everett so I could talk to someone to get things handled and was instead transferred to some guy who talked to me about insurance which never was an issue.
