Horrible issues with billing. They contacted me and had it fixed. Now I receive ANOTHER bill for the same charges. So done with this.
I used the home machine for a week now. I don’t feel I need it on a routine basis. I do think that if I plan on getting out that I will use the portable oxygen. After being on my feet and walking around I do get short of breath and need to sit down.
They Cannot get their billing figured out. Double billed me for initial equipment and now billing my insurance for supplies I'm not ordering or receiving.
Very friendly and informative phone calls to and from office staff. Mr. Walker was very professional when he delivered my supplies. He set up my equipment, gave detailed instructions, answered all questions my wife and I had. Willing to spend enough time to make someone feel he truly cares about their health condition.
