Have had it for about 4 days. Set up was easy and my son has slept like a baby so far. He is Autistic and has had no problem putting mask on and adjusting on own
Worst customer support ever!!! Don’t use them!!! They are not there to help you or support you through any of the process.
The machine was delivered in a timely period, however, I was very disappointed in their service to get started. It was like you are on your own. Here is a video and good luck to you. I am 76 and not tech savvy. Thank goodness my daughter was able to help me.
The gentleman who delivered my oxygen was courteous, friendly and professional. He did a nice job of setting up and explaining the equipment
