My husband and I had a very bad experience with Apria Healthcare. He was diagnosed with cancer. He needed oxygen. Apria Healthcare brought equipment that had a broken, filthy filter in the continuous oxygen concentrator. They also had brought a faulty regulator for the small oxygen tanks. Then the portable oxygen concentrator had the wrong cord brought with it, so my husband could not get to his appointments safely. If I could leave no stars I would. Double amputee husband is released from the hospital with the understanding that a wheelchair will be delivered to our home. I leave my mother at home to receive the wheelchair and leave to get my husband. Get home after almost 2 hours in Atlanta traffic... no wheelchair. I don't even know where to start. Do yourself a favor and pick another provider.
They need to get their sh#t together. I have no idea what they are doing or what they are billing me for. Do NOT give them your credit card.
