I never write reviews but -The absolute worst. Took over a month to get my breast pump . It finally arrived and its the crappiest one on the market. Thanks for making going back to work a harder experience than it needs to be. I hope I never have to deal with Apria ever again. Avoid like the plague.
You, Apria, make me feel like a needy girlfriend. You treat me like crap, and I keep going back for more. You say you'll call, and I wait for the call that never comes. You miss scheduled (and confirmed) deliveries and don't call. You drop prescriptions without telling me or explaining why. I have to wait on hold for ~30 minutes just to say hi to you, and you still won't give me your real number. I wish I could boycott you, but my mom needs the oxygen. Apria ne of the worst Health Care Medical Equipment providers I have ever encountered. Telephone calls have to be made to reorder supplies, there is often a wait time of over 10 minutes per call, calls are then often transferred and dropped, supplies are not as ordered, there is no offer to try out masks before purchasing them, and there is no chat or web service for supply orders and issues.
