I have been using Apria for several years now, first with Kisser and now with Heath Net. Never a good experience, they repeatedly failed to return my calls, difficult with making appointments. Apria made it very hard getting replacement equipment / parts. I have met with three different Apria representatives in house and of the three one was very pleasant and professional the others just acted like I was annoying them. Pro's with consideration – Professional and courteous despite dealing with a customer who missed appt's, failed to return calls and was generally unreliable. Thanks.
Every 3-5 months – Apria decides that I don't need oxygen delivered, much less in a timely fashion. They do not ask or consult with the client regarding delivery times/days. Their customer service in Louisville routinely hangs up on me. I'm on oxygen 24/7 and they think that because I have a concentrator, the oxygen I use daily (to be able to do such things as get my mail and take out my trash on my good days) isn't necessary. They do not take into consideration such things as power outtages which are frequent in this area. ... read more
Apria Healthcare cares about their clients – I went to get my CPAP machine yesterday at Apria. The class instructor was very knowledgeable and energetic,making sure everyone understood how to use the machine. He showed everyone step by step on how to use it and maintenance. He also answered everyone's questions.
Great Staff – Sleep doctor ordered me a BiPap, if you have sleep apnea you know what it is, if you don't then the better for you. Anyway, I have CIGNA and went to Apria, appt was right on time no waiting and the staff was very friendly and courteous. My insurance was accepted there (they said exclusive supplier). I am please with the equipment, a good brand but what I like the most is that they are big enough to handle all my travel needs. If I am away they can take care of me. Horrible home healthcare – Apria makes all the promises in the world, but rarely delivers. Unfriendly and incompetant staff.
Ziegler Tire? Don't use this company, go somewhere else! I purchased 2 tires in April 2007 from this Ziegler Tire. Since then I have had constant problems with the car shaking at highway speeds. Supposedly, Ziegler balanced the car when the tires were put on. A few months later, I had the car rechecked at another local company, who also balanced the tires. At that point, I was not driving much on the highway -- just a few miles back and forth to work -- so the continued problem was not extremely apparent. Started a new job l... read more
