Your system is terrible!!!!!! No matter what number you call you get someone that does not speak good enough English to be understood. I have tried every number, been hung up on twice and still have not been able to speak to someone in the US that speaks English!!!!!

Apria might be okay if they stop outsourcing their phone connections to other countries along with their billing. The majority of their phone connections regarding their information and billing is done in India. I am tired of getting phone calls on my landline from scam calls from India. Has Apria ever heard that there are people in this country that are unemployed and need jobs. Apria is doing business in this country and needs to hire people in this country. Had problems scheduling repairs for an oxygen concentrator with an off shore CSR. First, they could not locate our account. After several calls they said someone would be out today, but couldn't given an ETA. Was never able to contact the oxygen provider, Apria Health Care in Duncan, SC. Very poor customer service. Will be changing companies.

I wait 21 to 47 minutes to talk to an agent. I am sick of the poor customer service I receive during this long standing dispute ( justification of my condition with the doctor). Medicare told me to tell Apria that they would pay all back invoices but they changed the rules during this process and needed re-certification and more tests before they pay. Apria did not submit there invoices in a timely manner so the new rules came into effect. My account went to the collection agency and my credit score went into the toilet.

DO NOT USE APRIA. We were charged hundreds of dollars for CPAP supplies that were NOT authorized. We had to cancel our debit and flexible spending cards. They admitted we were due a refund, now say no. Months later we still do not have our money. This has been a nightmare.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My mother passed away a couple of days ago. I called to schedule for them to pick up their equipment. I was told to call the following day at 8am to schedule a pick up time. I did and was told someone would be there between 4:50pm-7pm. I agreed to this. Then at 9:30am I received a call saying the driver was there and no one was at the location. I explained what my pick up time was but said I could be there in 15 minutes. They said they could wait and I would have to call to reschedule. I didn't under... read more

Apria acquired the company that previously supplied my CPAP parts. When I contacted Apria, they had no record of me. The so-called CSR was rude and curt. The next time I called, the queue dropped me. Then on call 3 ... I'm at the10 minute mark waiting in the queue as I type. Lousy company.

Get American call center employees for their billing department. The Indians have trouble understanding American English and even worse, I have trouble understanding their accents. They just never seem to be able to grasp what I am trying to tell them and then I get frustrated and give up. As far as customer service, I find their local employees to be excellent. HORRIBLE! Worse customer service I've EVER experienced! Called them a week ago because my C-PAP mask was broken and I needed a replacement. They told me I'd have one in 2 days. It never showed up so I called today and was told that they were waiting for authorization from Medicare! This is a LIFE-THREATENING condition, and they couldn't call to let me know??
