So far my experience has been horrible with this company and their customer service I have been waiting for almost 3 days for someone to call me back after it takes me 10 to 15 mins to get thru to a live operator
Apria had been doing an okay job for almost 9 months. Friday last was the day apria was scheduled to deliver my oxygen tanks. The apria truck pulled up, blocked my driveway, and nobody got out. My wife and I figured the delivery man didn't want to walk the 90 feet up our driveway. They have blocked our exit stairs and our front door.
