We used Apria for oxygen for several years and they have very poor customer service. They never knew when drivers would deliver and did not seem to have a way to contact drivers. When we would call the office to make changes or delivery time requests, the drivers never received them. We have changed to a different provider and they are excellent.
Staff is always willing to help their patients regardless of what the issue is.
