Apria has been the most difficult company I have had the displeasure of working with. I received a prescription from my doctor for a travel C-Pap. After the prescription was rejected by my normal provider of healthcare equipment, I was redirected to Apria by my insurance provider UMR. My Doctor sent the prescription to the local Apria in Marshfield, WI. I received a call from Wendy at the local branch of Apria and was informed that I would have to pay out of pocket for the equipment as it was considered a "luxury item". ... read more
