I give them NO stars. However to write this review I was forced to give them at lease one star. Talk about manipulation! Worst customer service I have experienced by a front desk or receptionist. Confusing when you talk with them on the phone. Just more than frustrating when you are taking yourself through a medical experience and something new. Kaiser needs to find another company to give their business to! So, while typing this I asked to talk with a supervisor of Apria and I was put on hold. While on hold the call clicked... read more
