I just want to say that me and my grandmother are so blessed to have such a amazing smart caring and beautiful nurse like Kirby...she is the best and thats why we have always stayed with this company was because of her !! Shes been such a blessing. Adoration you are truly blessed to have Kirby working for you...shes definitely a jewel.
Cannot say enough good about Dr Hamilton, his staff and his office. I have now had cataract surgery in both eyes. My left was somewhat difficult having had shingle in the eye several years ago. It left scaring and a lot of astigmatism. I had also had Lasik prior to that. Even the "Big E" on the chart was blurry. Dr Hamilton operated and put in a torque lenses. Imaging my excitement to be able to read the chart now at 20-20. My right eye went just as well. No glasses, both eyes reading 20-20. That's to speak to his... read more
this company is a joke. nothing they bragged about came true. once i oked medicare to pay them they stopped all meaningful treatment and kept replacing nurses with volunter helpers with no experience. appointment after appointment they were a no show. each nurse working for the hospice had no idea what other nurses were doing. no cohesivness to their planning. each day was a complete incompetent screwup. their license should be discontinued. again. THEY ARE A JOKE NOETHERN ARIZONA HOSPICE IS A COMPLETE JOKE
My mother died of a very painful skin infection that turned into sepsis because first Assured Home Health and then Assured Hospice did not treat a wound on her arm properly. Instead of recognizing early on that the wound needed more than a bandage change, they let it go for days with multiple Assured nurses being aware of the increasing redness and swelling. I highly recommend Adoration Home Health and Hospice, Rock Hill. The visiting nurses (Amanda, Iris), OT (Steve) and PT (Mark) were all super to work with. It seemed good to work with healthcare professionals who enjoyed what they were doing. They spent the time with my daughter, didn't judge her, and have helped her immensely. So often these days you encounter staff who don't want to be there, don't take the time or have the patience with a person who needs assistance. My experience with this hospice provider regarding the interview for home care hospice for my wife was disgusting and dishonest. Calvin, the main POC, made a derogatory remark about my sales coordinator POC (named Jody) when I inquired about him, and insinuated that my home was not a safe place for my wife to be. His statement was based on a report by a “doctor” where the hospital my wife was discharged from that claimed my wife had made multiple “lucid” statements indicating she was being “abused”. Do not waste your time applying Mean Girl cliques pt care managers who will desperately try to make your experience miserable. If you are a seasoned nurse financially secured confident independent. These so- called women who refers to themselves as girl will hate you. Leadership allows this bad behavior, and it causes high turnovers. These girls who looks old old are very miserable and insecure. it is so sad to see; I hate to see how their pay back will end up. They are in need of prayers.
