Rent is ridiculous, and if you renew they don't do anything to upgrade the place. But jack up the rent to the price or slightly cheaper then a newly renovated one. Up keep with maintenance isn't great, multiple request to fix the drier. They come and say they "fixed" it but still takes 2-3 cycles to dry clothes. Same problem with getting the heater fixed. Looking for a place keep driving passed this one, especially if you have an animal unless you wanna cough up the outrageous amount of $500 for a pet deposit.
