Management is useless, super nice before you move in but then your on your own. Highly recommend you stay far far away from this place as staff has piss poor customer service.
Called in for service since Feb 8 and no one has come in ... “ only emergencies I was told “
they will threaten you w inspections and potential eviction if u smoke or possess cannabis in the bldg.. out of touch and ridiculously off, IMO
We moved in this January and have had all good experiences. Our apartment is beautiful, maintenance is timely and attentive, office staff is lovely, no lost packages, great location. Our only complaint would be the parking is a little limited; on aisle across from our unit it seems they tried to squeeze one too many spaces or they are designed for compact cars but not marked that way so cars end up parking over the line and making at least 1-2 spaces unusable nightly.
