I’m not really sure how a place like this stays in business. They make it pretty clear with the signage that some things aren’t sold to the public. The same things that they won’t sell are available at places like Home Depot and Bell supply. They’ve told me it’s because an epa license is required and then another time that it’s to protect their contractors. Simple things like a capacitor for a small condenser unit or nozzle for boiler.
