I was scheduled to have lab work done at home with APPS this morning for a new life insurance policy. When scheduling my appointment, not only was I informed that I was scheduled, I was also informed that a tech would be reaching out to me to confirm it. No one did, nor did I ever receive any other form of communication to confirm or remind me about my scheduled appointment. The schedule availability and consistent follow up to find a good time to meet for Physicals is amazing! I schedule many appointments through APPS for our clients and have been much more impressed than similar options available with ExamOne.

While acquiring a new life insurance policy, this is the company that was sent to my house to do in-home blood work, urine sample, etc. When the first appointment was confirmed and set up, after arranging time off w my employer, I was informed 15 minutes before the appointment VIA TEXT that they were running over an hour late, and I was forced to reschedule.
