⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ don't use this company they value the house 15K above asking price ignoring the $40,000 in needed repairs 4 dilapidated bathrooms 17K, worn-out carpeting 3.5K, a whole HVAC system from 1989 6K a deck in disrepair tbd last but not least 4 sliding glass doors 1974 to replace 19K. thank you very much I hope I never see you.
