I began using Appraisal House USA during the pandemic and had so many issues with other AMC's. Since using Appraisal House we've had great success scheduling appraisals with very fair costs and communication has been excellent. Allie makes things happen and gets the appraisals placed in a timely manner and always presents options to our team. Very impressed with this company and appreciate their partnership very much.

I've always liked getting appraisals here. They are always delivering timely appraisals. And they are reasonable in their valuations!

I cannot believe that this company would have negative reviews. They are a great company to work with. I have worked for them for 4 years or so and NEVER had any problems. Maybe someone left the review because they don't push someone to manipulate an appraisal for a "good outcome" if it is not there!

The appraisal was incorrect, causing a delay in my closing and costing me hundreds of dollars. Owner would not take ownership of the mistake his appraiser made (even though they ended up having to fix it) and when we asked the owner, Mike Lay for a credit back to cover partial expenses, he refused. Will be making sure not to use him again in the future.
