The transition from the old company to the new company went very smoothly. I appreciate the updates to the building and to the parking lot. The security gate is definitely an improvement to keep customers items safe. Our non profit organization rented a unit back in October of 2023, we prepaid for 12 months with grant funding. After unsuccessfully being able to access our unit on several occasions due to another tenant working on automobiles in the lot, we reached out to James to terminate our contract. This was a month to month contract that stated it could be terminated at any time with a written notice.
