This is a review from property owner's perspective. Sandie Lynch with Appodaca Property Management has managed my properties for the past six years and has done an amazing job. She is thorough and efficient and handles issues that arise with integrity and professionalism. The monthly accounting is spot on, and she is by far the best property manager I've worked with.
The worst property management I have ever dealt with. Rude and unprofessional.
Since getting a new manager the apartments at Crestview has been a nightmare. They have lost my payments. Increased my rent without any knowledge to me. My neighbor who has a 2 yr girl has been without A/c for months amd she cant use her toilet and it has been been a nightmare with these new managers letting all sorts of trashy people move in.
