If I could rate zero stars I would. My then 5 year old went to lighthouse in greenfield for 1 WEEK and within that week he was so tired. He cried all the time, wouldn't talk to me and was not himself. I hate myself for allowing him to go after the FIRST day he was there he was pushed BY an ADULT and he hit his chin very hard and recieved a nasty cut. I should've pulled him out then. My son has been in their care for 2 years (he started at the end of his First Steps journey, a a few months shy of 3 yrs old) . They have communicated promptly whenever any incidents have occurred or any change in his behavior regarding his health condition. The parent meetings are thorough. They allow me to voice my concerns/anxieties while meeting me with reassurance and evidence with some. I love that they involve siblings occasionally during parent meetings/training. Very happy with the services we received here! Strong, tight knit team. Very professional, very clean, beautiful center with such variety of activities and rooms to work on goals. We were extremely happy with the therapy our son received and would definitely choose to have him back in this center if the need ever arises again. Only thing I was dissatisfied with is their prior authorization policy in which they require a 6 month commitment for renewal of PA even though our insurance was willing to authorize for less months gi... read more
