Michael came out gave us a fair price and completed all work in one day. Our roof is 331 square. We had skylight issues a year or so later and he had his foremen Luis come out and button them up at no charge. Phenomenal service and performance.Now 10 years later . There aren’t any issues. Can't say enough about Mike Glynn and his crew. New roof at a fair price, all explained clearly and done in a timely manner. Everything cleaned up. Highly recommended.
Applied roofing is know for its warranty and repair installation they are one of the best roofing outfits to come along with O’lyn roofing. And otherwise older companies like Willard,Brown brothers, and other top leaders in the roofing industry,siding industry, expert carpenters and window installation. Mike Glynn and Applied Roofing technologies do not stand by their work. I leave a lot of reviews since I'm a local guide, but I rarely leave negative ones. But Mike's behavior and the way he interacted with us regarding concerns about his work was so unprofessional, I felt it necessary to share with the world. Mike was contracted to replace a roof by the owners of a home we were under contract to purchase. We took ownership, only a couple weeks after the work was done.
