What a shady company AHS has for a "Preferred" vender. Company lacks in customer service as well as work performed on our appliances. We will NEVER use this companies services nor will any of our friends or family.
Spent less that 5 minutes looking at my dishwasher. Said it was "leaky hoses from rodent damage". Neber removed the back of the diswasher, never removed any drawers, and never tried to turn it on. Also said the motor was locked up. ... even though the dish washer will still run afull cycle. The error code CLEARLY stated that there is a bad water fill valve, and can be lookedup on the manufacturers website. Either we were disturbing his luch hour, or he just didn't want to mess with the job that day.
Had lightning strike our transformer Sunday which messed up our fridge. There's not any office staff till Thursday for whatever reason but called the on call tech. Told him, kirk, what happened and asked even though its very short notice, if he could please come and just take a look. He had no problem with that. He was Very nice and respectful. Mike was able to fix our appliance that another repair service said they could not and that all parts were discontinued. Mike was professional and a nice guy, he also saved us a bunch of money.
