Terrible work- terrible experience save yourselves. One stars was being generous
I came in contact with AF Services when my REFRIGERATOR broke down. The woman who answered the phone was so helpful. I wish I could remember her name because she was amazing. She helped get me scheduled for the next day and the technician who went out was Robert. He was so good at his job. He managed to fix my refrigerator the same day within the time frame I was given. He was amazing. He even gave me pointers on how to keep my refrigerator from getting overheated and how to keep my freezer from getting way too cold. All in ... read more
I had AF services come to my home last week and I have to say Thank You So Much!!!!! My washer completely died on me and as a mom with two kids I have to wash a lot and I could not keep going to the laundromat. I came across AF services via Google and they were able to schedule me and see me the next day luckily! The girl who answered the phone (Rose) was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions the best she could, even about the company like how many people they help daily (about 150). Worst company ever!! From the operator to the service guy. He came in with an attitude and no intention of working. Making excuses why he can’t do it. This company needs to up their service by hiring better people.
They gave me a 4 hour window and promised a call 30 min before the technical would arrive. 4 hours later no call no repair man! I rescheduled for today, another 4 hour window (12-4), I called at 3:45 asking where the repair man was, I was told he was finished another job. This is a scam, not only do they NOT honor their repair times, they don't have the decency to call and when you try to complain, they don't care.. They also go by AF Services and probably a lot of other names
