Stay Away! I have spent the last 5 months and over $300.00 in service calls and parts trying to fix my washer dryer combo. So far not one promise has been kept and the unit still isn’t working. They don’t answer emails or return phone calls and only speak to me when I “catch” them on the phone. They offered me a new unit at a reduced price with free shipping with a trade in.
