We just purchased new kitchen appliances from AWP & had a great experience. Ian was very helpful in selecting the models that were just right for us and pleasant to work with. He price matched and gave us a nice discount. Then, on top of that, he gave us an upgrade at no extra cost. Wyatt & Danny did a great job installing; very respectful & patiently answered all our questions. We bought all new appliances last year. We didn’t go cheap…we were told by the sales rep to use them because if you ever have a problem they work with the warranty people and stand by there products. We decided to use them even though they were the most expensive by far because of this reason. Fast forward a year and a few months…our “high end microwave” has now basically exploded and they came out and said it’s a manufacturer defect. What a horrible experience. We are in process of completing a purchase on a new home. The builder is providing some appliances through AWP. AWP reached out to us to provide the rest of the appliances. I let them know what we thinking and they provided us with links, which included prices, to the requested items. We it came time to purchase we were informed they won’t honor those prices!! Run, don’t just walk away.
