When we started our store, we wanted to stand behind our merchandise and sell the cleanest, best quality product we could find. We wanted our used appliance store to stand out from the rest; more like 1 of a kind, where you could save a ton of money on used appliances, but have the quality and integrity of buying from a clean retail store.

Like this place, they come right out for repairs. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Had a problem with refrigerator and they did an even exchange the very next day. Quick responses and turn around time.

We purchased a washing machine on 14 April 2018. Customer service was excellent. The machine needed a repair a few days after the purchase. A service call was scheduled for the next day. The service technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Appliance Warehouse.
