Refrigerator repairman came right and fix my fridge with no problem. He was so nice I gave my brother his number.
Called company to help with icemaker leaking. Tech called me after office rep said someone would call to set up app and we set app for next day. He said he could be here late morning so I ask a timeframe and he said between 9-12 and that he would call before coming out. The app day came and by 1230 that day no call from tech and no show. Called office and told rep to cancel order since I've been waiting all morning to hear from tech and no show and no call. On 2/4/26 I call Appliance Tech of Mobile and left message that I need someone to come to fix my refrigerator, within a hour or so I received a call to set up the appointment. Later that day a technician (picture attached) called and we set up to meet that afternoon. I explained to the guy that my icemaker was not working and I noticed water on the floor of the refrigerator. We (not he) removed the sandwich tray and the ice on the floor of the refrigerator.
