Mr.Joe Houston came right out and had parts for my Samsung French Door Refrigerator . Good price
Our refrigerator stopped cooling all the time - unfortunately on Easter weekend. Mr. Joe came out to troubleshoot & diagnose the problem. Ordered og parts & came out & fixed it. Been working great ever since. On top of that - he seems like a genuinely great guy. Would call them any time another appliance needs repair.
Fixed my refrigerator about 9 months ago did a fantastic job job. I called today for him to fix our washer it wasn’t draining. Came out about an hour after calling he had it fixed in a few hours. Very good at what he does!
Quick service, no hidden costs, friendly and trustworthy. Mr Jo is such a useful guy to have on your phone because appliances can be a pain having to go directly through manufacturers. He eliminated all that and got the job done. Would recommend highly.
Mr.Joe was very straight forward and honest! He saved me big time on the parts for my electric stove. Eric the technician did a wonderful job.Very polite and respectful! He made sure everything was tested and we were satisfied! Great experience!!!!
