Mr. Joe Houston was extremely friendly and efficient. I called in need of a washing machine repair, as my washing machine was leaking so much water with every cycle. Mr. Joe arrived at my house and didn't even require me to be home for his estimate or repair since my laundry room is outside. This helped me out a lot since I work so much and cannot take off. He was too booked up for a site visit but spent a good bit of time on the phone troubleshooting my issue at no cost. Saved me from having to get someone out.
Mr. Houston did a great job on repairing my fridge, he call before he came over and was on time. He explained what needed to be fixed and the cost to fix it. Great job. Thank you very much
