Absolutely the worst service experience of my life. The first service tech complained to me about having to work on my new washer because it is a stacked unit and in a tight corner. He worked for a couple of hours, nicked up my walls, got cut and left blood on my walls, left trash on my floor and couldn't fix the problem. He also asked if I had a bucket or a towel he could use to clean up the water that would spill out when he unhooked the water lines.
