This company is very unprofessional! I had warranty for my refrigerator through Lowes and they contracted Appliance Service Plus to come out and repair. Initially it took them 3 weeks to get the parts needed and then when it came time for my appointment I was called 30min before my scheduled arrival window (12pm-2pm) to inform me the technician did not have my parts on his truck and they could not drive back to their company to pick the parts back up so the service could not be completed today. NEVER USE THIS PLACE. ME AND MY WIFE WERE SENT TO THIS COMPANY THROUGH OUR APPLIANCE WARRANTY COMPANY. 1. THE TECHNICIAN CAME AND DIAGNOSED OUR DRYER AND SAID THEYWOULD CALL TO LET US KNOW WHEN THE PARTWAS ORDERED AND RECIEVED.AFTER TWO WEEKS WE FINALLY CALLED TO SEE IF THE PART HAD ARRIVED, AND THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD US IT SHOULD IRIONICALLY BE IN BY THE END OF THE DAY....RRRRIIIIGGGGHHHTT.AT THAT POINT WE WERE VERY NIAVE AND THOUGHT GREAT THEY GOT THE PART NOW ITS GOING TO GET FIXED. This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. They are absolutely incompetent. We called Lowes to have some warranty repair done on our Samsung refrigerator going on about 3+ months now. The firs time they came out they did some diagnostic work and claimed they needed to order a part to fix the deli drawer controls. The part comes in and they come out and attempt to install this part.
