We got this high end range,Thermador, beautiful. Had it installed against the wall. When we turned the oven on and used it blew so hot it cracked the back splash and burned my fingertip when I touched the vent. I called a technician from Thermador (brand new range) and Ephrain came. All I wanted was for him to check the temp of the oven and make sure the fan and heating elements were good. I asked him to turn it on and he said "later". Whatever you do do not call this company. The initial call for my LG washer was in December. 2 techs came out spent less than 20min checking my washer and said they didnt see anything wrong. Told me to run a load and call if it leaked. Of course it leaked. They came back said oh maybe its this piece, wiped it off, charged me $100 and were on thier way out. Guess what still leaking. After our technician repaired your washer you stated it was still leaking, the tech returned two times and found no additional leaks. When you stated it was still leaking we offered to send out a senior tech to which you refused and requested a refund. As we have verified twice there are no leaks we are unable to issue a refund. We will be happy to send out another technician to look at your washer.

Do not even call this company. They gave me the runaround for nearly 2 months trying to fix a simple issue with my oven. Appointment issues: They said they would call to confirm the day before, and never did. I had to call each morning on the day of the appointment to confirm they were still coming out. I did this 3 times and they rescheduled each of the 3 times. The first time because the technician was sick and they wouldn't send anyone else out. My home warranty dispatch Appliance Service Repair to repair my home oven. My oven hasn’t been working since 11/5/18 and as of today 12/26/18, 4-5 parts have been replaced on my oven which still isn’t working. On Friday 12/21/18 during a phone call I was told by a customer service rep that a supervisor authorized for a repair technician to come to my home to look at the oven that same day between the hours of 2pm-4pm. Fidelity Home Warranty sent work order ******* to Appliance Service Plus on 9/24/18. Their Rep came and changed a switch. Microwave is still not working. When we call back, we are told we never came to our home and we dont have any work order. Fidelity Hoe Warranty confirmed work order and wants them to come back but Manager Lee at Appliance Service Plus will not send anybody. Not a good company to work with.
They quoted me a price of $75 for the visit when I set up the appointment and I had given them all the details about my appliances and 2 things needed to be fixed. A week later they came back a day before the appointment and the quoted price changed to $125 because of the brand name Bosch. We received a referral for a service request at Ms. ***** from a retail store. We left a message on voicemail to confirm an appointment setup by the retail store. We did not receive a response from Mrs. ***** so the service request was removed from our schedule. After making contact with Ms. ***** and realizing we were unable to fulfill the service request to her satisfaction we referred the service request back to the retail store.
