I called Appliance Service Center because Bosch said they were an authorized dealer for them. I just had the dishwasher installed, and it works perfectly, But I scratched the front and top panels panel of it, so I called them for prices for the two parts and the labor to replace them. After an unwarranted amount of time, the unpleasant lady I spoke with told me the price of one part, then stopped and insisted I schedule, wait for and waste time to have a “diagnostic service call” and charge me $112.30 just to tell me the res... read more
This is our go to appliance repair shop. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and have a great response time. Dennis figured out a couple of problems with our refrigerator and quickly fixed them. Our oven igniter went bad and Dennis was here within a couple of hours. Great service!
This is the second time we contacted Appliance Service Center for a service/repair call. Both times (2022 and 2026) we got a convenient appointment quickly, service person arrived on time, and issue was fixed at a reasonable cost. They will be our first call the next time, too.
