Outstanding! I called to schedule the appointment for repair of a 30 year old Maytag dryer. I was given clear expectations from the onsite as well as follow up calls to ensure we were still on leading up to the service window. Then I got a call the day before giving me the exact time Dennis would show up. He diagnosed and repaired the problem within a half hour.
We now have ice cubes thanks to Dennis. He was prompt, polite and very efficient, also kudos to his wife for being so understanding to our dilemma.
Prompt and courteous service at a fair price. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
Dennis was very competent. He explained everything well, so that I know if it is working well or if I need to call for more service. Also, he is very nice person.
