BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!! We called this business to come fix our ice machine as it was only making a handful of ice and after a $85 house call the tech said we needed salt in our water softener (we haven’t used that for three years) and to change our filter (one was already on the way). Needless to say we did all that and we still had the same amount of ice being made which was little to none. So, we called back the fridge “tech” who recommended a part that cost a total of $285. I called him after Appliance Docs failed to show or call up, and he came the SAME DAY. It was even after 5:00 but he came anyways. (and guess what, he was even cheaper than Appliance Docs) Very friendly and professional. He even started cleaning up the area when he was done with the repair. Thank you so much! You are my new first call for appliance repair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
These guys are awesome! Randy worked on our fridge and he was very polite and knew just what he was doing. They're very easy to work with and their prices are very competitive with others in our area. I highly recommend them!
