We have been very please with the customer service and professionalism of Dustin - technician/owner. He fixed our ice maker last year and came out again this week to fix our stovetop. He goes over and beyond - to communicate and accommodate our schedule to get the repairs done. I highly recommend them!
Writing a review for a very helpful and honest young man with Appliance Repair Humble. My washer purchased 11/2023 just stopped working after starting a load. It would not turn back on, (I did the basics: unplug/plug back in etc). I engaged Appliance Repair of Humble to fix a noise problem with my dryer. Dustin arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and explained why an expensive repair was unnecessary. Dustin is very friendly, and I was impressed by his craftsmanship and experience. Highly recommended.
Customer Service = NEXT LEVEL :) Dustin-Technician-Owner really took customer service to another level!! I called him February 13th about the problems I was having with my LG washer, namely the drainage pump. He gave me his professional opinion and I decided to change the pump myself (just wanted to do it myself).
