Dusty came out the day called, was very nice and informative, didnt need much service on a cheap microwave, not pulling air up, told me to check roof and also to open door or window when usung top front burners, only charged 50.00 highly recc.

Horrible company, was sent via Choice Warranty. "We need to order the parts, parts are in, ill call you tomorrow, im sick, monday for sure, im on vacation." what a joke and waste of time

Dustin met me on a holiday when he was taking time off, gave me sound advice and helped me find a suitable replacement part same day. I needed his expertise bc my exact part was days away - he knew how fridge worked and suggested alternatives that I could find that day. Food didn’t spoil in the cooler, avoided a new fridge purchase on Black Friday for a $20 part. Winning.

We have been very please with the customer service and professionalism of Dustin - technician/owner. He fixed our ice maker last year and came out again this week to fix our stovetop. He goes over and beyond - to communicate and accommodate our schedule to get the repairs done. I highly recommend them!
