Please save yourself some time and a headache and stay away from these people, A month and a half of giving me the run around, excuses and more excuses. Terrible, I have never dealt with such level of incompetence in my life.
My dishwasher wasn’t draining and without much evaluation I was told the drain pump needed to be replaced. I had another repair man come by and it was actually the drain tube that wasn’t wide enough and food was getting clogged.
I had a window from 11 to 3 and the tech came at 2:40, I called my neighbor to let her in at 2:41 and the tech was gone by 2:42. She didn’t call me to say she was on her way nor did she give adequate time for someone to open the door. A phone call was made to let me know she was there that was called back at 2:46 and she was allegedly 5 minutes away. When I asked if she could come back she said she didn’t have time in her schedule. Not acceptable.
