Terrible customer service horrible ratings and complaints I don't know how they stay in business I got a whirlpool washer and got their extended warranty and this the company they use. They came and said I needed a water pump take 5 days it has been over 2 weeks still no word or call. Called them put on hold for 30 min and was told has not come in yet will call you when it does what am I to do? I am going to call lowes the bbb and Michael funny of abc news and make a complaint
