Mike is phenomenal. He is punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. He did a great job on our washer. Highly recommend him!
Just had a visit from on of their techs. Less than impressed with the customer service. Originally communicated with Michael and he gave great customer service. The existing reviews led me to believe I would experience the same but unfortunately I didn’t.

Technician came out this morning and repaired my sister’s dryer. On time , knowledgeable and very professional. Another company came out and misdiagnosed. Very impressive.
I called Curt to take a look at my washer and dryer that were both not working. I asked Curt to call in advance because I was not home and he did. When he came out to my home, he said the dryer wasn't working because the vent was too closed off. It was a simple and easy fix. He said that he could get the washer running and gave me some options to improve it at a reasonable price. I figured since he already had it opened up, might as well make the improvements.
