We had someone come look at our washer because it wasn't working properly the tech told us it needed new headboard so we ordered one. It came in but broken we placed an order for another one, MONTHS went by and we decided to call and ask what was going on they ended up telling us it no longer can be ordered. We asked for our money back. We paid $650.15 on 9/15/23 only got back $538.19 on 1/16/24 WHY?!?!??????
