Great Service, good prices – Although they don't have tons to choose from, what they do have is a good deal. They buy close outs and will look for a particular appliance for you. They do not carry crappy used stuff like the big place up the street. They ordered a new built in microwave for my friend at a lower price than a used one at Giant. Scratch and Dent Appliance Store Reviews – For the past week, I visited 3 scratch & dent appliance stores in my search for a refrigerator, front load washer and dryer for my new home. These were my criteria: Price, Selection, Customer Service. superb customer service – great selection. awesome customer service. can't say enough about these guys. highly recommended. i purchased a washer and dryer set... and got the lowest price i could find anywhere.

Had good experience – It is not often I take the time to write a review. The products are first quality - unless of course you prefer a discount for a scratch and dent. Delivery, installation and removal of old appliance far less expensive than those big box shops. Will be back for additional appliance needs in the future. Support the family owned businesses in Austin!
