I had a service call for a problem with a Maytag washing machine. Duke, the service person, was efficient and helpful. He took the time to explain the workings of our machine to us, was glad to point out various components and features, and answered our questions thoroughly. The scheduler also expedited the service call, which was very helpful to us. We would gladly call Appliance Advantage again if we needed to.

I called 3 places for service on a gas dryer and Ben was the only to call me back within 24 hours and get an appointment set up . They showed when they said and Duke did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. I will be using them for my appliance needs moving forward. Good job guys !

My Grandfather, Bob Therrien, asked me to write this review as he doesn't have Facebook. He had a problem with his dishwasher. He called Appliance Advantage of Kennebunk and they sent a tech named Duke. Within an hour, Duke repaired the dishwasher. My grandfather was very impressed with Duke's knowledge and expertise, and highly recommends Appliance Advantage for repair of appliances.
Duke was a great technician. Very professional and fixed our refrigerator quickly.
