We had a power surge in our home and most of our appliances were fried. Appliance Advantage came to our rescue and not only repaired our appliances but came quickly and got us up and running in no time. I have found my go to store for all my needs for my home as a result. Excellent customer service.
Our Sub Zero decided to get temperamental during Christmas! We called the next morning and Duke came right over, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. New Year’s and a blizzard slowed the parts’ delivery but, as soon as they arrived, Duke installed them beautifully.

We bought a full house load of appliances from there. The refrigerator doors to this day the magnet doesn't hold tight and has to be closed very carefully, the dryer does not dry clothes. There were other concerns but these were the first few to come to mind. I do not ever plan to go back.

Called yesterday to have someone look at my dishwasher. Duke was here 24 hours later, prompt and courteous. Turns out the computer was fried, so it was a quick visit!
I could not say anything more positive about my experience with Appliance Advantage. When no one else would even come look at my refrigerator, they not only came, but were able to tell me what was wrong within minutes. Friendly expert technicians, and great customer service!
Great service in Kennebunk with Duke. Extremely competent, thorough, and good communicator. Definitely our appliance repair place now!!
