Dishonest, DO NOT trust. Buyer beware!
Our cooktop failed and we called them for repair. Said they would have to replace the whole thing. They measured and said the only one that would fit was their most expensive one. Arrived, installed, and didn't fit. They had to add wood pieces to set it on; cracked Corian countertop; then said they would need to order metal pieces around sides but metal shop was closed due to COVID. Thank you to Ben and everyone at Appliance Advantage for helping my sister out today. She had another repair company come out and "fix" her refrigerator multiple times, each time they did nothing and charged her for it. Ben came out, identified the issue and gave my sister options on proceeding. He didn't pressure us or try to sell anything. They were sincere in getting her situation fixed the right way. We are customers for life!

Appliance Advantage was not able to fix my refrigerator, told me they were refunding me $450.00 out of $625, and never sent the check. When I disputed it to AX, Appliance Advantage left me a message that they were not disputing it and then lied to AX and told them I didn't go forward with the repair (cost of service call was $175. not $300). May 30, 2019 - our technician was Duke; he was prompt for the appointment, and very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator very efficiently and offer options for repair or replacement via their store, and potential discounts. We were very satisfied with this service.
May 16, 2019 my wife and I bought an LG washing machine. The salesman Ben said he would give us the Memorial Day sale price. Instead he charged us $200 more than the sale price advertised in the mailing sent to us. They refuse to honor their promise.
Fast service. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He found the problem and got us up and running quickly. He explained everything. We are very satisfied. Date of service call was 5/21/2019.
